Royal treatment at AmmaZulu Palace!
10.0The service from the moment we arrived! Alta was exceptional she couldn’t have done enough for us. She arranged breakfast and an airport taxi for us. She understood we needed to rest before our long flight the next flight and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The views of Kloof from the pool at the rear of the Palace were stunning also!
− Keep in mind it’s a guest house not a hotel so there is no bar or restaurant but there are loads of delivery services for food and groceries (Uber Eats) Alta also helped us how to arrange these deliveries!
Unique African art/fit-out, feels a bit tired and eerie, good for a oncer on holiday!

− Seems a bit tired and rough around the edges, miles away which is good and bad (if you dont have a car), lacking food & bev for casual relaxing on a business trip. Expectiations of a hotel for a business trip not there, more of a funky one night holiday b&b.

− I couldnt' sleep first night because the room had dust, the decor in the room has accumulated dust over the years

10.0The overall look of the place the animal printed gowns. The balcony. The bathroom. Ok I mean everything. The staff are friendly and polite. I'm definitely comming back
