The room, the shower was great too and the location. I came in late but my organiser had sent a WhatsApp that we are having a work event/launch and it was from 18:00, and would last for two hours. She estimated that I would arrive around 21:20 in her message. We were a bit overtime as we were the hosts and had a long pack/clear up. But they still helped us with getting to the location and in because we were lost for a while.

− The lady was very rude from the evening when we arrived and even in the morning, conversation with her was hard because of the attitude (no language barrier).
