It met our needs.
8.0It certainly satisfied our needs: convenient location, clean (although, we would appreciate the room being cleaned daily), staff was friendly, our room met our needs.
− Ice machine on our floor was OOC, and not fixed. Washing machine OOC three days before being repaired.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. Good location, fantastic staff nice breakfast.

10.0The location was perfect! There was shopping, and dining literally right outside the door, and so close to what we wanted to do!
− The parking 😬 it was what it was, and it wasn’t bad. Just a little tight in some places, but easy to access.
Great location, great staff, but a few issues.
7.0Location and staff were both great. The layout and concept of the room were good. It would be good for a long-term stay, but maybe not the best “residence” type hotel.
− There were noise issues from both sides of our room, and not due to inconsiderate guests, but just generally thin walls. Our room was also located across from the ice machine, which was very loud even when not actively used. The room was in okay condition but there were some pretty significant issues including missing tiles in the bathroom, a bathroom slider door that would not fully close, and some staining on the couch and ottoman. The air conditioner in the room also gave off Home Alone basement vibes every time it kicked on.
