7.0The luxury tent with splash pool was excellent but the other tents bathroom needs attention. Zoo visit interesting. Breakfast surrounded by zebras was a special touch.
− The fishing offerd was rediculous.Guy dropped off 3 tiny rods,worn gut 1 hook and bait and left.No extra tackle.Waste of money and time. Some of the other activities offered were underwhelming or not available. Main restaurant okay,others not much to offer.

− The food is not good and the care concerning food is not good. I’ve been there once before and the food wait times were 1-2 hrs and the staff were not super helpful. The food gave me and a friend food poisoning last time. Gave them benefit of the doubt and then this time, had the exact thing happen again, this time for wedding anniversary. Then, they came to order our breakfast food the night before and then they failed to prepare it on the time we requested which they said was possible. We ended up leaving without getting breakfast and had to eat in town 30 minutes away. I wish this place would get serious about their customer care and restaurant. It is such a beautiful location with good amenities! So much potential.

Great days at Lake Viktoria
10.0First of all, the location of this place is amazing – it's right by Lake Victoria. It's great to have a lake view from the tent. The hotel management is great. Everyone's just focused on your needs and making sure you're comfortable. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Lasanthi. She's always there for her guests, with a big smile and makes you feel like you're staying with your family.
An original experience, limited staff help, I felt abandoned at times
6.0the room was multi level, a good space, with 2 balconies
− The WiFi was terrible, multiple logins for each device, the windows was dripping a lot of water during rain fall, had to put down a towel, bugs and small lizards in the room, staff only operated for a limited time, no one would answer the phone.
