− Sink and toilet had leak. Room smelled nasty. Front desk gentleman was rude.

− Not just our bed but all of the beds in every room next to or above us creaked loudly whenever anyone went to bed or got out of bed. Floors had been perfunctorily mopped but our feet got dirty any time we walked across the floor barefoot.
