10.0We were staying there for two nights for my son's wedding which was at another venue. The accommodation was clean, up to standard and well kept with everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to see to all our needs. Especially Heleen went out of her way to see to any needs we had and is a jewel. The breakfast both mornings was warm and scrumptious. I would really recommend this accommodation to anyone.
− The room we were in ( room nr 3) had no place in the shower to put your soap & shampoo on. Everything had to stand on the floor which was quite irratating. The place is also not wheelchair friendly and older people will find it quite difficult to access the facility because the only way to reach the lodge is with very steep stairs (alot of them)

6.0Close to where I needed to be. Lovely grounds and beautiful dining area. Warm bedding. Liked the sherry in the entrance - nice touch.
− There was half used soap in our shower- still there. The shower also wasn't deep cleaned in a while. No hairdryer in our room and the one they gave me didn't have a plug adapter to plug it in. There was no one to help me find one so I went to find in the open other rooms. When we saw the other rooms for standing open we felt we were put in the worst room. The others had gorgeous bathrooms. The one I was in was not in the best condition. Breakfast was okay but tasted microwaved. People walked in looking for assistance, rang the bell multiple times and no one came - they left again when no one helped them.
