Beautiful downtown hotel with very courteous staff
9.0Hotel Indigo in Downtown Kansas City offers superior service and a good location from which to explore the city. The rooms are well-furnished, the beds and pillows are great, and the bathroom is modern and in excellent condition. The valet service was particularly good and helpful during a busy time in the city (for a World Cup '26 match). Every staff person was helpful and courteous.
− There was not much to dislike about this hotel. Offering valet parking until midnight rather than 11:00 pm would be helpful. Oddly, the water in the sink wouldn't stay cold, but that wasn't a problem for us.
