5.0Fantastic location. Good and helpful staff. Beautiful building.
− We often stay at inner-city older buildings, so we weren't expecting facilities akin to a business hotel (e.g. Hilton/Marriott). However, next to the 'character' in the room, there was also ample evidence of mold, water damage and dustiness. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly (causing excessive flooding, which I assume caused a lot of the water damage in the apartment), and hot water ran out within 5 minutes. Again: character is OK, we're not expecting a business hotel, but mold and water damage etc. is not great.

10.0Beautiful decor, huge and well-furnished room. It was like stepping into a fairy tale! Staff were really welcoming.
