− チェックインの対応スタッフの説明が大変不足しています。エレベーターや大浴場の位置、珈琲サービスが受けられること、ウォーターサーバーの有無、、、兎に角、こちらから聞かないといけない点は、説明不足と言えるでしょう。

− 窓開けたら、御墓だったので、子供達が、怖がった。 禁煙室取れなくて、タバコ臭いが、気になりました。
綺麗でリーズナブル、また利用したいと思えるホテルです
8.0施設の綺麗な点、清潔感とスタッフの接客はとても素晴らしかったです。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。
− 室内コンセントにUSBを直接させると便利に感じました。 ソファーがゆったり座れるタイプだと尚良かったと思いました。
