10.0Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!

10.0This place is a gem in the Highlands! David and Lynn are the nicest hosts, and everything has been wonderful, from the beautiful location to the breakfast with anything you could wish for. They provide a form to fill up with your breakfast preferences (veg option very appreciated!) in addition to standard breakfast items, which I find very mindful and smart. The rooms are very cozy and clean, and they have a nice common area with a beautiful view of the river. Yeah, walls can be thin, but the place is very peaceful, so nothing that earplugs can't solve, but again, our only night there was very comfortable. Hope to stay there again!
