Nice atmosphere, location in the old town, clean, and the owner was very helpful. There's no air conditioning, but it's not needed (outside was +32 inside was ok). Good breakfast.

雖然老闆英文不太好，但他卻願意聽我們的心聲來做改變。如提早到，提早讓我們入住讓我們休息；房間太吵，老闆馬上幫我們換房間；房間很熱，去買電風扇來裝；要叫隔天的計程車，老闆有幫忙安排，而且計程車還提早到 。 在葡萄樹庭園下的早餐很美味。 雖然老闆不算熱忱，但是需求都有達到，很感激。所以kaş那家被我跟媽媽批評的民宿，可想而知有多差。

− 房間比不上高級旅館，但因為是古蹟可以理解。夏天去剛好遇到很熱的天氣，怕熱的人可能要等涼一點再去。

A very pleasant stay

The hotel is in the Ottoman style of the area. The welcome at check-in was perfect and the service was great throughout our stay. We had a corner room which was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom was small it was adequate with a powerful shower. The Turkish breakfast had a good variety of fresh dishes and was plentiful. Our room was next to the road and we could hear the traffic passing by, however it did not disturb us. We found the location of the hotel was perfect for the old town with just a short walk to the heart of the area.

Family friendly atmosphere. Excellent service . Helpful staff. Clean room. Easy to park if you have a rented car. The manager Aydin was vey helpfull and caring. Tatsy turkish coffee and delicious presentable breakfast that we like to take in the garden. The mansion is small located in Safranbolu with two floor with Easy access to all museums. The mansion is beautiful wodden mansion typical to all Safranbolu houses . We did like the authentic heritiage of the mansion. Our main consern is the small toilet yet clean. I will go back again if i have another trip to The area. I stongly recommend.
