The room was clean. However, the rest of it did not live up to my expectations.
4.0What was offered for breakfast with coffee, juice, muffins, and English muffins. It was not advertised as a continental breakfast, but it was.
− There were three beds in our room, two doubles and a queen. We were instructed to pick a bed to sleep in or to sit in because the front desk person stated she did not want to have to make more than one bed when she went to clean the rooms the next day. The doors on each floor facing the parking lot or left open all night long. When I asked about this, I was informed that it was a 24 hour hotel and so therefore the doors were left a jarred or wide open so that people could come in and out as they wanted to, and that if I didn’t feel safe, that was what the lock on my door of my room was for!!
