1.0The front desk staff were kind!
− We were assigned one room and when entering the room the carpet was completely wet, the lamps were falling off the wall, there was blood on the wall that looked as though it dripped down and never cleaned, the toilet didn’t flush, black hair EVERYWHERE, and upon pulling back the top comforter the entire comforter filled with black mold… at that point we went downstairs to get a new room. They assigned a new one that was a “deluxe” king room w/o paying an upgrade. Once there, the toilet clogged and when calling the staff they said maintenance wasn’t in until later and they would have to go look if they even had a plunger. Waited and had to go downstairs to go to the bathroom. Then they came with the plunger that was disgusting. All in all it was just not a nice place!
