− Le bruit de la voie ferrée (à cet effet, le propriétaire met des bouchons d'oreilles à disposition) , les parties communes de l'immeuble non entretenues (contrairement à l'appartement qui était très propre) et le long chemin à parcourir pour arriver à l'appartement

This place was perfect for our stay, as we are we’re in SLC for a 2 day cheer competition and needed to be close to the
10.0I loved how close the property was to the Salt Palace Convention Center. We stayed up here for my daughter’s 2 day cheer competition and it was so convenient to be close by and to have space for everyone to unwind afterwards.
− The only difficult thing was the distance from the parking spot to the room. This wouldn’t be a big deal normally, but with how much we had to bring for a 2 day cheer competition, it was the only hard thing. But once we got everything into the house, it was a breeze after that.
