10.0We had an amazing stay for 3 nights. The owners are very kind and helpful with ideas of how to best spend your time. The breakfasts were the best we had in our 3 weeks in Japan. Lovely outdoor onsen and most beautifully clean property.

10.0The spotless room was comfortable, quiet and well stocked for those who like eating in. The multi-course breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Hosts Jo and Jun treated us as valuable guests. Highly recommend!!
A place to stay in Hakuba with give you more than your expectations.
10.0We have more than our expectations when we stayed with Kunugi. The owner operates this house by themselves and very kind and helpful. They give a very nice recommendations about place to visit and local restaurants we need to try. The location is private but not far from the main attractions of Hakuba. The house’s interior is decorated in mixed Japanese and Thai styles which blends in very beautiful and warm feeling. Room equipped with everything you need like you stay at home plus a massage chair which is very comfortable especially after your long day. The most extra ordinary is our breakfast. We stayed 3 days with we have 3 different very delicious breakfast on every morning.

10.0One of the best places i have stayed. The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. In house onsen was great. Great traditional Japanese experience and fantastic breakfast every day. Highly recommended.
