− They charged us a healthy amount yet the geyser was not working, and we had to manage with chilled water in extreme winter of Dec. Event after multiple request, they didnt fix it

1.0The location of the property is remote. As a nature lover I liked this fact.
− I recently stayed at this property and was disappointed with the overall experience. Pricing & Transparency: The rate shown on Booking.com does not clearly include taxes. The full amount is revealed only after downloading the PDF post-booking, which I found misleading. Property & Facilities: The photos online suggest a larger, well-maintained resort, but the property is small with very limited and poorly maintained recreational areas. There is no bar, no bonfire or live music setup, and overall facilities appeared neglected. Rooms & Cleanliness: The bedsheet and pillowcases were worn out, and the room did not feel well maintained. Basic upkeep standards need improvement. Food & Service: Food was acceptable but overly oily, and the service was slow. Value for Money: Even at a lower price point, I did not feel it offered good value. For around ₹10,000, I believe a better experience could be found elsewhere. Overall: I would not recommend this property, even at a discounted rate, and would urge travellers to manage expectations before booking. This is not a 4 star. 2 at max.

3.0Location is favourable and is surrounded by scenic hills.
− Basic amenities are missing, and the food is not up to the mark for a property in Corbett, which is known for its hospitality and cuisine. Even the breakfast options are were very limited and not satisfactory. Swimming pool has 4 feed depth. The lake quite far and difficult to locate. Considering the price, we may find better options elsewhere.
