− Det var meget varmt på værelset. To dage i træk og temperaturen var ikke så høj som den havde været. Da vi ved check ud påpegede det, fik vi at vide at vi bare kunne have sagt det til dem. Men der VAR meget bare, da vi tjekkede ind sammen med den ansatte. Det var larmende ventilatorer og vinduer, der ikke kunne åbne.

Disappointed
2.0We live in Witney and have visited The Fleece many times over the years. Unfortunately, our last visit was a very unpleasant experience. There was a large group of us, and we spent well over £500, yet we were insulted by being accused of having had too much to drink. It left a very bad impression. We decided to give it another chance today, but sadly nothing has changed. The management came across as rude and unwelcoming. The toilets were also disgusting. They didn’t even have the correct toilet roll to fit the dispenser, so the roll had been left on the back of a unit where you can’t even reach it properly while sitting on the toilet. It’s a basic standard that should be expected. For a pub that’s supposed to be one of the nicest in Witney, it was a huge disappointment. The prices are high, but the customer service and cleanliness simply don’t justify them. We’re very disappointed and won’t be returning. It’s a shame, as we’ve spent a lot of our hard-earned money here over the years, but the poor attitude and declining standards have lost us as customers.
Fantastically funny night
10.0Thank you for the wonderful food. Great atmosphere last night, we had an amazing evening catching up with friends. The staff were fantastic and Dan's banter was just the best. Think we all got a telling off 😂 see you again on our next visit. Ps the Provencal Rose was too nice. X
