Lovely location.
7.0The breakfast was lovely. Evening meal was ok but not as good as in previous years. The location is just stunning, so peaceful and parking is never a problem. Our bed was very comfortable and we stayed in the larger room for more space. The bedding was lovely and towels etc. Very clean.
− The jacuzzi bath did not work and the hotel is looking tired, certainly in need of some TLC. The outdoor area is beautiful but a lot of the furniture was falling apart.
Quiet mid-week rural break
9.0The Inn is situated in a quiet rural setting, but a short distance to Colne or local road network and sites of interest. We had intended to enjoy the trail walks thereabouts, but visit coincided with a heatwave so had to limit activities- age thing - obviously not the hotel's fault! The staff were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Bar was well stocked and nibbles/light bites were very good. We would revisit.
