4.0although owner and staff of 2 were very pleasant, the hotel doesn't really exist - no other guests, only lower floor is finished, no facilities whatsoever even as advertised, dangerous area, staff sent out to buy whatever and cook for us so meals minimal and late, very strange experience, no wifi, pretty grim.
This so called hotel should not be listed
