1.0− We specifically decided to book here bc of the big pool. When we arrived we found out the pool is not available and the receptionist didn't inform us at all when we booked so we drove 3 hours for nothing! When we decided to go somewhere else with a pool she gave us just a partial refund and kept booking commission... very unfair and unprofessional. Moreover the place was extremely dirty with trash all around... do not recommend at all
