− Mattress is old and sagging and poor quality. A good mattress is most important thing for visitors as we are mostly just wanting a good night sleep.

10.0Lovely apartment, hostess was lovely and very accommodating, the place was pristine and it helped me have a very enjoyable stay in Elgin. Would highly recommend! Excellent facilities and location, right next to the beautiful Cathedral and Park, and a large Tesco and Aldis.
Appalling and Stunk like cigarettes.
1.0The fact that it was across from Elgin Cathedral
− It was in a set of housing flats, it smelled horrible of cigarette smoke (like someone was smoking red Marlboros for the last 20 years in it). The futon mattress was thinner than a pillow and you could feel every bar in your shoulders hips and head. When I approached the host I was told I was over exaggerating and that the futon was only for infants. I wouldn't put my dog let alone my infant. I'm asthmatic so I was coughing and my throat hurt, it had rubbish outside and inside the unit. Do not go there (unless you're a smoker) and don't think the futon is safe or comfortable because it's not. I will be complaining to booking.com management.
