Generally, everything was there that we required. We all enjoyed our stay.
9.0The breakfast was great.
− Perhaps the cutlery sorting needs to be addressed. I had to go through all the containers of cutlery to find all the tea spoons.

− It was too noisy to much traffic in the corridor when children were sleeping. People running up and down the corridor.

9.0Location is just walking distance to the National Park Bus Station, and 4 Square convenience store just in case you need to buy something. We booked for quadruple room with ensuite, space is enough for 4 pax. It also offers overflowing coffee and tea that can be consumed in their very spacious lounge which every guest can get an opportunity to interact with each other. The lounge also has a giant TV screen and play area that’s best for the kids.

5.0Location is good, close to highway and ample parking.
− Cleanliness is poor. Bad smell in toilet and communal kitchen.

9.0The hospitality and service is amazing. They make an effort to accommodate requests, friendly, respectful, and does everything graciously and with a smile. Julie is a gem.
− No hooks or racks in the ensuite shower to put towels and clothes on
