10.0The service was very kind. Best hotel we could find nearby quality/price. The food was delicious. The room was very big and cleaned every day. Everything felt comfortable and at the same time cozzy. We went to the mall nearby (10min walk) multiple times during our stay for food and some shopping and was perfect located. We also had a massage place 5min walk from the hotel that we used few times and we had a great week.
− the taxi from the airport couldn't find the hotel on our arrival the first day, after many calls and multiple failed attempts, we learned the hotel uses a different name than the one mentioned here on Booking, which is Urban Island (you need to choose this name on the directions, otherwise it will take you to the wrong place )

10.0I went for the F1 Event. Hotel is 3 stations (stops) always for Shanghai Circuit and approx a 10 min walk from Anting Station. There is heaps of food options and shops nearby (at Anting Stn). spacious hotel rooms and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful

8.0Hotel is at a good location if you have business in the NW part of Shanghai, or Disney; it's only a 5-minute walk from the metro station and also close to the Anting-North train station. The rooms are big and clean, room service is excellent and the food is top quality. The basement has a nice gym with lots of equipment but smells a bit musty, maybe because this summer has been hot & humid. The property manager (Julie) is super helpful & friendly, and is always around to help with transportation, directions, hotel questions etc. In short, would definitely go back here any time in the future.
