Good location, clean room
9.0Clean room, good location especially if you will visit Mount Elizabeth Hospital. It is less than 5 minutes walk. There is a church nearby also. There is a mall located just beside the hotel.

4.0i have a very unpleasant stay, not because of the property but because of the hospitality they offer. all the staff really poor in hospitality starting from the guy in the ground entrance that's not welcoming and offering assistance with all my heavy lugg to the checkout front office staff, she's so flat no smile, no greeting, no nothing. check in progress was really really nice with Sally. also one guy staff at las palmas is quiet nice and decent for this job. but the rest, you really need to train your staff better. safe to say this is one of the worst service i get so far.
