1.0We booked 2 rooms through booking.com. Got a confirmation that we had 2 rooms available. We showed up for our 2 rooms and we're told by the female desk clerk thst there were no rooms available. She went on to ssy that her manager had a policy of purposely allowing his hotel to be overbooked, so that he could maintain 100 % occupancy as much as possible. The desk clerk made no effort until prompted by me to try to help find us tooms at other properties. She suggested U signup for their Rewards Program and that she could then offer me some "free rewards points". I travel often, and going forward I will make sure, whenever possible, that I bypass booking any rooms at any Holiday Inn Express.

It was a horrible experience.
1.0The location.
− When we tried to call we couldn't get ahold of anyone to answer any of our questions. No one bothered to mention to us that breakfast ended at 9:30 and I inquired at 9:36 and they wouldnt give my kids or me any breakfast. We couldn't swim in the pool.
