8.0整體環境乾淨整潔，房間實體跟照片差不多，冬天有暖氣很舒服。位置離伊達邵老街不遠，很適合散步去走走。 一樓還有一區空間讓孩子玩耍，看起來很不錯。 老闆娘親切和善，會主動提供設施的優惠供參考。

8.0設施和照片相符。 民宿服務人員不太主動，少了民宿的親切感。 電視遙控有時不靈光，無法開機和轉台。 第二天住宿時發現有蚊子，應該是清潔時跑進來，打不到造成清晨睡覺一直被吵醒，要定時清潔。 房屋有發現一隻小小蟑螂，要定時清潔。
