6.0Бронировали трёхместный номер.Заселили в бункер((( без окон,воды горячей не было. Приехали рано,наблюдали подготовку номера к проживанию: парень пару раз махнул веником и готово! Попросили за доплату повысить категорию номера,но свободных не оказалось. Пришлось мыться в душе у бассейна. На следующий вечер прошли просить починить нам душ. Чинили,чинили,так и не вышло ничего... предложили поменять номер,мы без раздумий согласились. Переселили в четырёхместный с ОКНОМ! ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДОЙ! Стол со стульями,посуда,плита))) номер выходил на бассейн. Все было комфортно для проживания! Спасибо!!! Советую не брать обычные номера... там ЖЕСТЬ! Брали от отеля экскурсии светлячков и подземную реку. Очень понравилось!!! Особенно река. Рядом с отелем отличный ресторан Balinsasayaw!!! Рекомендую!!! Ужинали каждый день...

8.0We stayed at big brother for the pool, it was a bit disappointing. The water was lukewarm and dirty. But that’s ok, you don’t go the puerto princessa for the pool you go for everything else. Our room was clean and big for 2 girls. The staff were present and helpful with making bookings
