7.0Er zijn veel voorzieningen in het huis en goede airco in beide slaapkamers.
− De auto´s razen voorbij. In de slaapkamer vooraan hoor je dat goed. Het was ook spijtig dat het salon zo donker was en er geen zicht naar buiten is
Prima plek om te verblijven, Roberto geweldige host.
7.0Het huis ligt op een te gekke plek, dicht bij zee, dicht bij het oude centrum en het is daar goed te belopen. De patio is een heerlijke plek
− De slaapkamer aan de straatkant.. Het is een 1richtingsweg en voor je gevoel denderen de auto’s je slaapkamer binnen. wat een vreselijk lawaai en dat begint al ‘s ochtends erg vroeg. De slaapkamer aan de achterkant is prima. Roberto is een erg aardige host.. We mochten tot 15 uur gebruik maken van het huis omdat het die dag verder niet verhuurd was..dat was geweldig

− Badkamers: douche wat lekkage, en andere badkamer de vloer van de douche, houten planken met spijkers.
Worked okay for us but some drawbacks to be aware of.
7.0Back courtyard patio was lovely - unfortunately-weather was a bit cool so couldn’t use it a lot. House was reasonably well supplied and equipped and Roberto left us Madeiran treats which was lovely. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable - the beds in the back bedroom were very firm and you could feel the springs. Lots of hot water and good water pressure in bathrooms.
− If you have mobility issues probably not the best - on a hill with no sidewalks - in the old town so the living room window and door are basically right on the street which means it is both quite dark and noisy at peak traffic times. An old house that has been nicely renovated, but musty smelling - weather was windy and rainy so this likely didn’t help - there was a space heater in the living room which helped with the damp but if you have sensitivities likely not a good bet.
Characterful, comfortable, well located, and very convenient for the Old Town
10.0Cosy comfortable well equipped townhouse, residential area but close to many tourist amenities. Roberto was welcoming leaving a little tray of Madeiran goodies to enjoy. Highly recommended
