− Ar condicionado não estava funcionando, tive que dormir com a janela aberta, se fosse uma noite mais quente seria difícil dormir.

− Não tem elevador e não foi avisado. Carregar as malas até o último andar sem ajuda foi ruim. Ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar.
