− The oven wasn't working properly, but they said they will fix it.

6.0The view was absolutely amazing, the property (that we had access to) was spacious and functional.
− The driveway (30 degree incline) and parking was poor. We have an SUV and I’m a very confident driver but the neighbour’s driveway traffic cones and unfriendly notices made parking and turnaround difficult. The en-suite toilet seat was falling off and I had to tighten it up to make it useable. The kitchen is tired and poorly equipped - come on guys, a chopping board is basic equipment. There was an eclectic mix of food crumbs, pencils, coins, etc. down the side of the clapped-out lounge suite. Four TV controllers and no instructions? A very cold (80’s?) single glazed house and inadequate heating. Yes, big woodburner and logs - but no kindling. We have a woodburner but good luck lighting this one. We’d have loved to use the deck but the seat cushions had been left out in the rain - saturated. The back yard would have been an attractive alternative - but no seating/table. No access to the bath.
