− Towels are too old like rugs. Sockets are loose. No coffee, cream and sugar in the room. The electric kettle is defective, may cause thermal burns by accident. Should be replaced.

my overnight stay is smooth from check in to out, however some deficiencies mentioned in my comments
6.0room is ok, but some lights are not working, the ceiling lights are not working or busted. room 1508. location is by far excellent. cleanliness is good, but needs to deep clean as the corners of the rooms both in the floor and ceiling are so dusty.
− the towels that needs to be replaced its a century old towel. lights in the room should be checked and busted lights should be replaced. deep clean the room and bathrooms. no shower room rugs.
I would book again if there are better rooms. If there are better accommodation then I will try a different hotel.
7.0I love the AC in my room and the rooftop restaurant and bar.
− I didn’t like the wait for the elevator. The shower felt cramped and I didn’t like the bar soap. The sheets didn’t feel clean, there were some black marks on the white sheets.
