Disappointing front desk service upon arrival
7.0Location is good. The cleaner is very helpful. The reception was quick in responding to calls since she was not at the premises most of the time
− No reception when we arrived in the morning around 10am. Luckily the cleaner was around who opened the door for us to sit for awhile . He told us the reception would come back at 2pm till 6:30. So, we went out for lunch and when we were back at 3:30pm. No one was there. Luckily we could contact her through the phone and she opened the gate and door for us remotely. Only one thin bed sheet was provided as the blanket and it was definitely not enough for the night.

9.0I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Everything was great just a short walk to all the attractions. But out of all the noise and crowds. Staff was amazing.👍
