A very suitable accommodation for people travelling for work or leisure.
10.0A large clean comfortable room with all the usual facilities and beyond not far from the city centre with ample free parking and security. Excellent communications with the host and very accommodative host with prompt assistance. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

8.0Quick entry. Convenient location for where I was going. Great shower. Was what I expected.
− There was a really bright light on outside all night which illuminated the room which was annoying. The bathroom door could do with oiling to stop the creaking when you open it.

7.0Returning customer. Latest visit was Room 1. Expected the ‘hotel style’ facilities. Good size shower cubicle. Free parking. Good location for me as my tasks were local. Discovered the path up on to the South Downs gave a wonderful scenic walk! Views of countryside & sea.
− Room 1 has an uncomfortable bed. The popular side (nearest to side table and wider walking area) is heavily sunken. The other less used side is fine. However the difference in height whilst sleeping makes it uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress. I didn’t have this problem in Room 2 in my previous visit.
