− Heating wasn't working, bathroom taps both ran hot, no cold!

It had this fabulous window overlooking the Irish Sea. I could just sit there all day. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet, clean comfortable and very dog friendly. The owner was welcoming, helpful and available if needed.
