If you want a brand with service, family hotels..look no further
10.0Very welll maintained property. The staffs make u feel like a family. Every details were patiently heard. We had requested for an early in. I know June is a peak season, but we had to wait waiting 10 mins to get the room cards. I would recommend to stay here , not only for the Brand, but for the service , the friendly staff. Dinner was customised.. as we are not used to spices.
− The breakfast section was , i felt was slow. Some mistakes which can be easily overlooked. Still I would give full marks

10.0Hi Four Points Sheraton, Your hotel was really good and pleasant. The food was excellent, and I would like to rate it 10/10. I loved the room so much; the bed is so comfy! We have also stayed at your hotel in Ahmedabad. My little brother and I saw your hotel in Sonamarg, and we wish to stay there someday. Thank you! The main chef, Mr. Vinod Singh, provided packed meals for the kids while we were traveling.Ishfaq and the team from the food and beverages department asked us about the type of food needed and provided it on the table. The room service was so good.
− The hotel's power supply was intermittently cut off for a few minutes daily.
