Good value
8.0Its location is good, close to everything but so as almost every other hotel in Aguascalientes. Room WIFI was intermittent during our stay. Breakfast and check out finish at 9am.
Guest review
Great Stay!
10.0Great location! Very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.
Fine for one night, no frills
6.0There are two parallel streets with very similar names, so this place was difficult to find. The street address on my reservation had been Americanized and did not match the street signs. I reserved a room with a double bed but received a room with two twin beds, not a big deal especially since they let us check in an hour early. The room was tiny and the only other furniture other than the beds were a tv and night stand. The reading light above my bed was packing taped to the wall and did not work. The towel hook had fallen off the wall in the bathroom and toiletries provided were limited to a sliver of soap and a packet of shampoo. The window in the bathroom lined up directly with the adjacent rooms bathroom window, so you can see into it and your neighbors can see you. The lighting was one bare bulb on the ceiling. Our room had no air conditioning or heating available. The only means of ventilation was a window into an interior atrium. The atrium amplified sound and we could hear every conversation in the lobby 3 floors below and all the noise associated with setting out breakfast at 5am. We had pre-paid, however, when we checked out the staff could not "find our reservation" and wanted us to pay again. Staff needs to learn the computer system better.
