2.0Couldn't find our reservation, took more than 30 mins to check in. Went in the room and wanted to make a coffee but the kettle was disgusting, asked to change it instead they washed it and was even more dirty had a hair inside. Wanted to charge phone but sockets didnt work had to remove lamp to insert charger. Room was full of dust and carpets were dirty found nail clippings on the floor near the bed. And lots more issues..do not recommend, no where near a 5 star, awful service and very expensive for what we got. Will not stay again!
