8.0Reported to the property management of the door to the pool was not securing. Was not able to lock or close. My 2 year old grandson lended on the door and it just opened. Please replace immediately.

8.0Had everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped. Chairs in living room would benefit from some cleaning or new slip covers. Beds are comfy. Pool area is nice. We enjoyed our stay

8.0Everything was great with the house only issue was the extra amount owed upon arrival was not told as Expedia said I owed certain amount at property once I arrived but was charged more than said by Expedia. The property checkin told me that it’s a problem with Expedia they need to fix but I was still charged.

2.0I’m extremely disappointed with this place. I do not recommend it. - The towels in the bathrooms are extremely small - The furniture in the living room is full of stains, furniture in the master room is missing a handle to open the drawers - the pool impossible to enjoy because is dirty. - Calling the management office is impossible because they don't answer the phone - the Wi-Fi service is extremely slow - The complementary beach supplies that they advertise as towels, chairs and umbrellas are very dirty and old They are advertising themselves and charging as a luxurious beach property but that is not what you will obtain. -roaches in rooms and kitchen
