10.0When you first walk in the front door you are greeted with a beautiful aroma that makes you feel wonderful. The hotel is clean, quaint, modern, warm and inviting; you don’t feel like you’re in an echoing museum like most modern hotels. Ember Locke was spectacular from the staff to the bathrooms! If I ever go back to London this is where I’m staying every time. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe. I had a room with a kitchenette which was perfect. The bathroom and shower were spacious and everything worked as it should. The cafe seating and outdoor seating was beyond compare. Thank you Ember Locke for a fantastic experience!

4.0Great location I would say and also the host was great. However, the facilities not commiserate with the cost for a night. really uncomfortable bed to sleep in and toilet not flushing. not an experience I am proud of. In all fairness, the host was kind enough to offer me parking space. if the bed and mattress can be changed with new bedsheet and most importantly toilet working well, then I may recommend
