A very disappointing experience
4.0Some of the staff were spot on some need more experience or training. I do recommend the spot treatments...were really awesome
− The room had a sewer smell it needs more ventilation in the restroom and the rooms. they need to put screens on all the windows so that the customers can enjoy fresh air. if only the room smelled like the Spa. It would have been a much different experience the place itself needs an update the shower and the sinks were not working properly. and when you book your room for four adults you expect enough toiletries and towels and the amenities meant for four adults not for two people only. This way I would not have to call front desk for everything that we need. I was asked at checkout whether we join any of the activities for the kids I told them that we would have if we knew there were activities the people at the check-in did not inform us of any activities for kids. The facility needs better access to its PWD customers.
Wish we booked at least 2 days, but it met our needs to relax completely from the kids to adults.
