− The oven didn’t work and the toilet was hard to flush.

9.0Beautiful outlook over the bay. Well insulated with excellent amenities to allow the balcony to be enjoyed even in cold weather. Fireplace in living room was lovely while still enjoying the views.
− Would have liked to know how to recycle glass/plastic bottles or if this is just not an option on Bruny Island, as felt bad putting these directly into the rubbish bin.
Interestingly designed accommodation in a beautiful setting, slightly let down by avoidable practical issues.
6.0Great location with wonderful water views.
− We were cold on arrival and the heater remote control wasn’t working, we suspect due to flat batteries, with no spares available onsite. Communication was difficult because there was no clearly listed mobile contact and messages through Booking.com went via email, so by the time someone responded we were already heading to bed. A few small practical details let down what is otherwise a fun property.
We enjoyed our stay but don’t think we will stay there again!
