− One incident our Aircon stopped working in the middle of the. Night . It was a quick fix ...our room changed immediately. My hubby said to get a good sausage brand

8.0Very good location in Lacson Street close to all restaurants. Next to Ayala Mall and close enough to SM. Room is good size and kept clean by the staff. Buffet Breakfast has good variety of food.
− Not enough parking. The front desk didn’t explain to me clearly that the breakfast only covers 1 person even though I booked a double room.

Great location and Courteous Staff
9.0Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, it's right in the city center and close to everything. The staff were super courteous and would greet us all the time.
− The pool area could have been improved? Maybe if it's located on the roof deck, it would have been even better, so that guests can enjoy the city view while in the pool.
