10.0We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, they organized also all our excursions around Sapa, everything was perfect. Whatever we needed, we got everything, and even more. We definitely recommend this hotel.

10.0We arrived here after 4 days on the Ha Giang Loop and well in need of some r&r. This hotel provided exactly that. Arriving into the room late at night and finding it completely spotless, fresh and clean genuinely felt like heaven. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were amazing, so kind, friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay.
