7.0Izuzetno ljubazan i uslužan domaćin - Emilio, koji nam je odmah donio sve što nam je bilo potrebno, a što je nedostajalo u apartmanu. Prekrasan i čist bazen - mogao bi imati bolje radno vrijeme - otvoren je samo do 19 sati s tim da ima i pauzu između 14-16 h.
− Cijeli objekt je u dosta lošem stanju, treba mu renovacija. Kuhinja slabo opremljena i stara. Kvake na prozorima su polupotrgane, kao i rolete u kupaonici.

10.0Calatabiano is a lovely village, very calm and cosy. A perfect place to stay to explore the east coast of Sicily. We had a great stay at Bouganville Residence!

Ikke pengene værd. Rigtig mange lokale der ejer/lejer de andre lejligheder som gør at der er meget larm hver aften,

− Mange ting! Meget meget larm. Hver eneste aften var der larm fra andre lejligheder, beboere/gæster til langt ud på natten. De sad ude på altanen eller lige ude foran vores soveværelse. Man skulle have badehætter på i poolen, som ikke var så ren. Der var få liggestole man måtte anvende og efter en gange hvor vi blev bedt om at rykke os, da der åbenbart var bestemte liggestole som vi måtte bruge, alligevel blev vi smidt væk fra dem sidste da, da det alligevel ikke var noget vi måtte bruge? Jeg følte mig ikke særlig velkommen, der var intet wifi i lejligheden. Så fik vi en lille router, men den duede hver 3 gang, og til en person. Varmtvandsbeholderen var nogen gange så kold at man skulle tænde den over en time før man gerne ville i bad. Jeg synes ikke det er 4 stjerner! På ingen måde. De oplyste ikke at en aften skulle de holde fest med høj høj musik som vi fik dem til at slukke kl 24. Da vi alle var trætte efter en dag på udflugt. Jeg vil kun anbefale byen. Ikke dette sted. Ikke pengene værd. Jeg føler jeg bestemt har betalt overpris
