1.0− Furniture stained and ripped. Cabin door and bathroom door had holes like they were kicked in.
Hotel as expected but very disappointed with Booking.com
1.0Great location right next to Walmart and very reasonably priced considering the prices of Boston during the World Cup.
− Not booking it through Booking.com. I booked 2 rooms and somehow it should've been two separate bookings. After numerous phone calls etc. The 2nd room had to be paid for again and I was advised that I would get a refund for the 2nd room. I still haven't received this refund which is disgraceful. The staff at the property were great and Brice the manager has tried his best to get me my refund. I have been booking hotels through Booking.com for many years but after this experience I doubt I'll go through them again.
