10.0We had the room with the balcony with amazing views over Morecambe Bay which was superb as it was lovely sunny weather during our stay.

9.0Rooms were clean and comfortable with all facilities as promised. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel was excellent for accessing local town centre and had a great view of the beach front.
