Comfortable stay and spacious apartment
8.0Nice setting. Very close to canal rocks and wineries
Fine for a two night stay, somewhat lack lustre inside, could do with improvements for the price.
7.0The communal area was nice, and the bathrooms especially the showers, were hot with good pressure.
− The kitchen equipment, pots n pans etc was sparse and mismatched lacking many basic utensils, such as a peeler and potato masher. All the kitchen knives were blunt and the crockery was basic. It felt like the apartment had been neglected a little - maybe needs an overhaul to bring it up to spec for the prices charged. We were looking forward to using the sauna, but at $50 per person per hour on top of the room rate, this was extortionate and we gave it a miss. Also - there is a lack of privacy - the front door has clear glass windows and our neighbours when walking past could see straight in. Needs a curtain or frosted glass.

Great place, only disapoting with the room mix up.
8.0We arrived to find other guests already in our room, and the host did not answer their phone to help resolve the situation. We had to handle everything ourselves by speaking directly with the people in the apartment, and that’s when we discovered that the same room number had been given to both parties. Eventually, the host contacted them and arranged for them to move to another apartment.
− The confusion with the room upon arrival was very frustrating. After a full day of traveling, this was the last thing we expected to deal with.
