Overall, my stay at this hotel was good. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and everything worked properly. There was always hot and cold water, and the internet connection was excellent - probably one of the best things about this place. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful, especially Doğan, who was always kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. He often checked if I got back safely to the hotel in the evenings - a very thoughtful and respectful person who made me feel welcome. (Thank you!). Breakfast was fine - simple but fresh. It was the same every day, but good enough for one person to eat. I just wish they sometimes had black olives or an omelette for a bit of variety. *There is no balcony in any room, but all guests can use an outside dryer for the clothes.

− However, there were also a few things I didn’t like. The bed could have been more comfortable, as it seemed a bit uneven. Also, on my third day, one of my personal items (a tweezer) went missing from my room. I reported it to the staff, but it was never found even after cleaning. After that, I noticed that the young girl who lives and works at the hotel started avoiding eye contact and stopped saying hello, which made me feel uneasy. I can’t be sure, but the situation made me worry about the safety of my belongings (which I had to check each day during all my 11-day stay). Because of this, I didn’t feel completely secure in my room anymore - especially since there was no money safe available (and even if there had been, it wouldn’t have felt entirely safe after that incident). Apart from this issue, the hotel itself is nice, the facilities are good, and all the male staff (especially Doğan) - made a very positive impression. *Ребят, в этом отеле у меня украли пинцет для бровей, просто на заметку момент :) Так что убирайте свои вещи со стола куда-то подальше, особенно если это ценные украшения и тд. На пляж городской лучше не ходить - можно всегда поехать на долмуше в другие районы с более чистым морем. В целом неплохой отель - в городе всегда проблемы с водой, а тут она всегда есть. Интернет отличный, почти летал.

Great location. Walking distance everywhere very quite area. Wonderful views from terrace over ocean. Dogan was super welcoming and friendly. Made me feel at home. I booked 2 nights and stayed for a week! Great breakfast to Great price. I can highly recommend this pension. I would vome back again!!!! Thank you Dogan

− The only thing was the tv didnt work but I did not need tv so it was fine.

For myself the location was great.....not far from the Star Marine ferry from Kos (the cruise port) and walkable to the bus station (for the airport). The hotel is near to the waterfront and my room had sea views. Near to a blue flag beach. Yet it was away from the hullabaloo of the main drag which follows the line of the bay. It's a bit old-fashioned and rough-around-the-edges but great value. The staff were very friendly and genuine.

− It's a bit faded in places. Some new pictures and a bit of fresh paint might improve matters.
