It's OK if you just need a place for the night.
6.0The place is very close to FCO and very clean. Getting in is an intresting experience (ring, get buzzed in, find a lockbox, enter code, get a set of keys for 3 doors.) The room is very simple with very basic (thin) mattress and bedding. The bathroom is large for European standards but has no place to put soap/shampoo in the shower. It is also very clean. Breakfast is milk and a few cereals. The taxi to FCO is 30 Euros.

10.0Had a great stay! An instruction video was provided in advance to give us further instructions on how to gain access to the property. We stayed in the white room and there were lots of amenities (jacuzzi, Netflix, breakfast, comfy bed, etc.). Would highly recommend this property for your stay.
Fiumicino short stay
10.0Nice place for short stay if you are using Fiumicino Airport and don't want to go to Rome. Ostia, Ostia Antica and Fiumicino are interesting places. It is very important that you rent a car as public transportation is almost non existent.
