4.0泉質、お湯とお部屋は最高だった。
− 海外の滞在者が多いため、共同施設の使い方がよくない。温泉の利用方法、温泉横トイレ、食事会場トングなど。 他のドーミーインより従業員の方の見回り（温泉）が少ないと思った。 朝ごはんで鯛めし（宇和島の卵につける方）の提供がなかったのが悲しかった。
